1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using wcclasscode.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ordertoai LLC, a Texas limited liability company that owns and operates the Site (referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or the "Operator").
2. Not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice
The Site provides general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, financial advice, brokerage services, or the practice of law. Ordertoai LLC and wcclasscode.com are not a licensed insurance producer, broker, agent, or carrier in any state. Ordertoai LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. No attorney-client, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by use of the Site.
Always consult a licensed insurance professional, a workers compensation attorney admitted in your jurisdiction, or your state's Department of Insurance before making any decision based on information from the Site.
3. Data accuracy & "as is" warranty disclaimer
Workers compensation rates, benefit caps, statutes, and case-law change frequently. We aggregate data from public state insurance department filings and rating-bureau publications and make best efforts to keep the data current and accurate. However, the Site and all its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Verify all data with primary sources before relying on it for any binding decision (insurance quote, settlement valuation, legal filing, etc.).
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ordertoai LLC, wcclasscode.com, or any of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, emotional distress, or any other intangible losses) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any data on it, regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total cumulative liability of Ordertoai LLC to any user for any and all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months for use of the Site or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Because the Site is provided free of charge, this cap will typically be $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages or warranties; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ordertoai LLC, wcclasscode.com, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, judgment, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your reliance on Site data for any decision.
6. No professional relationship; verify the professionals you engage
Attorney listings, broker references, and carrier comparisons on the Site are informational. We do not endorse, recommend, vouch for, or hold a referral relationship with any specific attorney, insurance broker, agent, or carrier. Verify the licensing, malpractice insurance, state-bar standing, and disciplinary history of any professional before retaining them. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through direct engagement with the attorney, not through the Site.
7. Use of data
Individual rate cells are derived from public regulatory filings. The aggregated dataset, page-level commentary, and calculator outputs are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0: you may share or adapt with attribution and for non-commercial use only. Commercial reuse requires written permission.
8. Trademarks
NCCI, WCIRB, NYCIRB, PCRB, NJCRIB, WCRIBMA, TDI, and other rating-bureau marks belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively to identify the source of rate data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any rating bureau, insurance carrier, law firm, or government agency.
9. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
10. Class action waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
