We aggregate workers comp rate filings from public state insurance department sources. We make best efforts to keep data current and accurate, but we don't guarantee accuracy. Verify the current rate with your state's rating bureau or the carrier before pricing a binding insurance quote.

Individual rate cells are public-domain regulatory filings. The aggregated dataset, the page-level commentary, and the calculator outputs are licensed Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0: you may share or adapt with attribution and non-commercial use.
